Who we are
SHATILI is an artist infrastructure company based in Nigeria. For questions about this policy or your data, contact hello@shatilimusic.com.
What we collect
When you submit an application through this website, we collect:
- Your name and artist name
- Your email address and phone or WhatsApp number
- Links to your social and streaming profiles, if you provide them
- Information about your career stage, released work and audience
- Your objectives, challenges and approximate budget range
- Your reasons for wanting to work with us
Applications are saved as you move through the form, so a partially completed application may be stored even if you do not reach the final step.
We also collect, through analytics:
- Pages viewed, time on page and interactions with the site
- How you arrived — referring site and campaign parameters
- General device and browser information
Why we collect it
Application information is used to assess whether we are the right fit for your project, to contact you about it, and to keep you informed about SHATILI where you have asked us to. Analytics information is used to understand how the site is used and which channels bring artists to us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who operate the site on our behalf — hosting, database, email delivery and analytics — and only to the extent needed to provide those services.
How long we keep it
We retain application information for as long as there is a realistic prospect of working together, and for our records afterwards. You may ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Write to hello@shatilimusic.com and we will respond.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses analytics to understand usage. Campaign parameters from links you follow are stored in your browser for the duration of your visit so we can understand which channels bring artists to us.
